'59 BASSMAN"There are other fine amplifiers with legions of devotees, but for many players, Fender's big, square tweed box with the uncluttered control panel is the ultimate tone machine."
–Tom Wheeler, The Soul of Tone
'63 REVERB"Mr. Fender's development of his reverberation circuit was similar to many of his contributions, in that he drew upon existing concepts and adapted them in new ways to create products that not only met the requirements of the musicians of the day but also inspired new sounds and techniques."
–Tom Wheeler, The Soul of Tone
'65 SUPER REVERB"The nice thing about my Super is up until around 3 it stays clean, trebly and biting, but warm at the same time. From 3 on, it thickens out very gradually. All the way up to 10, it's very thick, and it retains that percussiveness."
–Nils Lofgren, The Soul of Tone
'65 TWIN REVERB®
"The Twin's normal and vibrato channels pump out some of the richest, sweetest tones any amp has ever delivered ... The bass response at high volume will punch you in the stomach, while it's a brave person who winds up the treble and presence on one of these."
–Guitarist magazine, The Soul of Tone
'65 PRINCETON® REVERB"I went to Trans-Maximus Studios in Memphis with Steve Cropper. Jeff Beck recorded some of his best stuff there. They had a little Princeton Reverb up on a table, and an old Shure microphone stuck in front of it, and all the knobs were cranked all the way up. Jeff was using a Stratocaster back then, and you can really hear the sound of that amp."
–Seymour Duncan, The Soul of Tone
'65 DELUXE REVERB"The original is something of a touchstone among players of all ages and styles (it seems we've all used and loved a Deluxe Reverb at one time or another), and after more than a decade, the reissue remains a staple of Fender's line."
–Tom Wheeler, The Soul of Tone

VINTAGEREISSUEAMPS
Today, Fender celebrates that momentous sonic discovery with the ’59 Bassman® LTD amp—a vintage design classic that boasts all the tonal and dynamic muscle of the original in an affordable and roadworthy reissue that makes a rock-solid foundation for your personal tone. Your bass player will understand …
Who knows who it was, why he did it, or where or when? Hard to say. It was probably in a rowdy roadhouse in Bakersfield or some place like that. What we do know is that some unknown guitarist “appropriated” his bass player’s amp for some reason, thus discovering that the sturdy 4x10” Fender® Bassman®, while a fine bass amp, also happened to be a real beauty of a guitar amp. If you’ve ever cranked one up, you know. It’s still true today.

Many still prefer analog spring reverb even in today’s digital world—roots and blues musicians, too—and the Fender ’63 Reverb delivers the industry-standard tube-driven spring reverb sound used for countless recordings and performances for more than four decades. Sunblock not included …
When surf music ruled the ocean waves and the airwaves in the early ’60s, many a Jazzmaster® and Jaguar® guitar was plugged into a mysterious little box called the Fender® Reverb, often seen perched atop a blonde Showman amp. Nobody knew exactly how it worked, but no matter—plugged into any amp, it drenched guitar tone in soaking wet reverb and put the very roar of the Pacific itself into surf music.

THE OCEAN’S ROAR
Today, the Fender® ’65 Super Reverb is a vintage design classic that delivers all the stage coverage, tone and dynamics of the original in an affordable and reliable reissue worthy of any Texas guitar slinger.
The Blackface Super Reverb amp of the 1960s was the amp that electrified the blues, gracing many a nightclub, concert stage and recording studio with its spine-tingling shimmering tone. It sang with a warmth and brilliance easily pushed into overdrive that made a whole lot of shakin’ go on.

Today, original Princeton Reverb amps are prized collectibles, and becoming harder to find. The new ’65 Princeton Reverb Amp offers today’s players all of the great tone and dynamics of the originals in an affordable, roadworthy reissue. The robust 15-Watt platform is a wise choice for creating tube tone in a small space, and even provides enough output for small gigs and rehearsals.
The legendary Fender® Princeton® Reverb Amp of the 1960s was small, light, and moderately powered. Though originally intended for practice situations, the Princeton was capable of big tube tone, and countless guitarists chose it as their go-to studio amp. With a simple mic’d-up Princeton and a stomp box or two, signature sounds flowed onto recording after recording. Our world-class Reverb and built-in Vibrato effects were the icing on the cake.
