• Initial Outreach: After determining a list of target customers, reach out to create interest and schedule a Q&A with a technical expert

• VOA Primer: Answer customer questions, highlight the benefits of the free VOA, and either schedule a VOA demo for further education or move straight into the VOA

• VOA Demo: Walk customer through the vRealize Operations appliance, answering questions and highlighting practical features

• VOA Install: Schedule a one-hour installation (online or on-site) with a technical resource to walk the customer through properly standing up the appliance – can either be delivered by Carahsoft on your behalf or by your own team of technical experts

• VOA Report Review: One month of after installation, schedule a follow-up appointment with the same technical resource to review the results of the assessment and demonstrate the value of the VOA
