The Story

Thewholeaffairbeganinamostunexpectedmanner.IwasansweringquestionstowardtheendofaSoundHealer’sTraininginSeattle,WashingtonthislastSeptember(2005).AwomanraisedherhandandsaidthatsheworkedwithAIDSandHIVpatientsinAfricathroughanon-profitorganization.SheaskedifIhadanyrecordingsorsoundpatternsthatwouldhelp,asthesituationwasgettingquitedirethroughoutthatpartoftheworld.IrepliedthatIdidnothaveanything

substantivetooffer,asmypsycho-immunologicalworkuptothattimehadbeencenteredongeneralimmunityandnothingthatspecific.

Shethensaidthatshehadarequest,achallengeactually.Irecallthemomentclearlyastheroomsuddenlyfilledwithaspiritualpresencewhenshespoke.“Ihaveafavortoaskofyou.Iknowyouareverybusy,butAfricaisindistressandIknowyoucanhelp.”

IwasabouttostammeroutsomethingtothiseffectwhenIclairvoyantlynoticedabeingstandingofftomyright.HewasanAfricanshamanwhowasaddinghisweighttotherequest.Andthenallmyguidescametome,andthestagewassuddenlyveryfull.Iheardmyselfsay—“Iwillfindawaytocreatethetimetodothis.”

Mindyou,IhadnoideahowIwouldeverpullthisoff,giventhefactthatIwaseasilyworkingfourteentosixteenhoursadayonotherrecordingandwritingprojects.Iwasrunning on emptyasthesayinggoes,plusJudiandIwereinthemidstofpackingforanotherworldteachingtour.

Aboutfourdaysafterthisencounter,Iwasawakenedatthreeinthemorning,bymygroupofthirteenHathors.TheysaidthatnowwasthetimetobeginworkingontheImmunityprogram.Theysaiditwouldbepurevocalsound,withouttheuseofanyelectronicfrequencies,andwouldbechanneledwiththeassistanceofspiritualhealersfrommanydiverserealmsofconsciousness.Theyalsoinformedmethatmostoftherecordingwouldusuallytakeplacearound3AMsincethiswasthetimeofleastinterferencefromcollectivethoughtforms—includingmyown.Theyputmeonnotice,inotherwords,thatIwouldnotbegettingmuchsleepforthenextfewweeks.

Infact,ittookfourweekstorecordallthirty-twotracks,eachofthemconsistingofadifferentbeingchannelinghisorherspirituallightintoaudiblesound.Itwasanexhilaratingandmind-expandingexperiencethatkeptpushingtheedgesofmyownpersonalparadigmsandbeliefs.

ThefirsttwotrackswerelaiddownbytheHathors.Thesetracks,Iwastold,wouldbeofassistancewithmanytypesofcancerinadditiontoHIV/AIDSandotherimmunologicalproblems.IwasalsotoldthatthefinalrecordingwouldaddressImmunityonmanylevels—notjustphysical,butemotionalandspiritualaswell.Howitwouldaccomplishthisfeatwasnotcleartomeatthebeginning,butastherecordingprocessunfoldedIbegantoseethelargerpicture.Immunityisnotjustthephysicalresponseofourimmunesystemstoimmunologicalthreats.Itisboththebiologicalsenseofselfandthespiritualsenseofself-identity.

Afterthefirsttwotracks,thevibrationalenergyofthespirithealerschangedconsiderably.AnAfricanshamanappearedtomeclairvoyantlyandindicatedthathewishedtooffertheassistanceofplant spirit medicine,meaningthathecalleduponthespiritsofspecificplantstohelpalleviatephysicalandspiritualillness.Iknewaboutthistypeofhealingandhadexperienceditmyselfontwoseparateoccasionsfromtwodifferentpractitioners.ThiswayofworkingwithplantspiritsseemstohavelongtraditionsthroughoutmuchofNorthandSouthAmerica,aswellasAfrica.Thisformofmedicinemayhavetraditionsinotherpartsoftheworldaswell—it’sjustthatIamnotfamiliarwiththem.

Whatstruckmeaboutthisshaman/healerwasthathehadobviouslynotbeeninabodyonEarthforalong

timesincemanyoftheplantsheusedforhealingwerenolongerphysicallypresentinAfrica.Theyhadlongagobecomeextinct.Foramomentheseemedtobeingriefanddisbelief.AndthenIwatchedhimtraversethestarsandthespiritworldstofindhisspiritbrothersandsisters(hisplantmedicine)inotherrealmsofconsciousness.HethencalleduponthemandbroughttheirspiritmedicinebacktoEarthinthesoundsthathesangthroughmyvoice.WhenIfinishedthatsequence,IwassobbingfromthepoweroftheenergiesandfromthepathosofwhatIhadjustwitnessed.IsteppedoutoftherecordingboothtofindalargeAfricanmalestandingethericallyinthestudio.IrecognizedhimasaMasaiwarrior.Hebowedandwecommunedforafewmomentsinsilence—himthankingmeforkeepingmypromise,andmethankinghimforhisvisitation.

Overtheyears,Ihavebecomequiteusedtochannelingmanydifferenttypesofspiritualenergiesandbeingsinthecourseofmywork.ButIhadneverchanneledsomanydiversetypesofenergiesinsuchashortspaceoftime,andtheexperiencewasdeeplyalteringtomyperceptionsofthespiritworlds.

Someofthebeingswhosangtheirhealingfromtherealmsoflightintotheworldofsoundwererecognizabletome—lamasfromTibet,healersfromancientEgypt,IndiaandPersia.Someofthemwerealchemistsofthehighestorder,andsomeofthemwerecreatorgodsandgoddessesfromancienttimesandplaceswehavenonamesfor.

Aboutathirdofthewayintotherecordingprocessagroupofangelsbegantodownloadtheirhealing codes.Eachofthesecodeshadspecificgeometriesoflightassociatedwiththem,andaseachangelsangthroughme,IwaselevatedtosuchheightsthatIwouldliterallystaggeroutoftherecordingboothwhenIwasdonewithhisorhersequence.SomeoftheseangelicbeingsIrecognizedfromChristianandIslamictraditions.Butsomeofthemwereunknowntome.Myonlysenseofthem,besidestheirmajestyandpowerwasthattheyhadbeensentforthfromtheheartoftheDivinetoaidintheimmensetaskofplanetaryhealing.

Iwillneverforgetonesession,abouthalfwaythroughtherecording,inwhichIwitnessedtheTaosendingforthaformofpurechi(orlifeforce)fromtheFormlessHeavenintoasoundpattern.Thesoundseemedtobenotofthisworld,butatthesametime,deeplyhealing.Everycellinmybodywasbothcomfortedandnourishedbytheseprimordialsounds.

Duringonesession,IwatchedastheBlueMedicineBuddhacalledforthanexquisiteformofhealinglightfromtheSambhogaya(theTibetanrealmofpurelightandsound).Iwatchedashewovethelighttogetherandlowereditsvibrationalfrequenciesfromthatofspirituallightintospiritualsound.

Inonesession,aMongolianshamancalleduponthehorse-headedgodofhealingknownasHevajrabyTibetans.AsIsawHevajra manifest within the realms of light, I saw thousands

of wild horses running across theplains of Mongolia—a potentsymboloftheprimalhealingpowerthat was being released throughthesesounds.

Inothersessions,NativeAmericanshamansandhealerswouldsingandcall forth healing powers throughtheir intention. One in particularaffected me deeply—Buffalo CalfWoman—a legendary figure ofimmense healing power. Her tonesshookwithapotencythatleftmeinboth amazement and appreciationofthefemininepowertoheal.

For twenty-eight days, in theearly hours of the morning, theseextraordinary and diverse beingsjoined together in one commonpurpose—to release to the worlda form of healing and potential ata timeofdesperateneed.Spirituallineages that rarelymeetandwereoften inconflict in thisworldwerejoiningtogethertocreateahealingpowerthatleftmestunnedandspeechless.

Towardtheendoftherecordingprocess,bothMagdalenandYeshuaaddedtheirvoicestothehealingchoir,andforme,thiswasbothcalmingandintegrativeinitseffects.

Throughouttherecording,Iwouldlistentoeachnewvoiceasitwasaddedtothepreviousones.Therewereafewtimeswhenthesoundsweretoocatalytic,toostrongandvolatile.Theyleftme,andthoselisteningshakingfromthereleaseoftoomuchpersonalnegativity.WiththeadditionofMagdalenandYeshua,thereleaseofnegativitywasstillpresent,butwithasenseofcomfortandstability.Afertilegroundforhealingwascompleted.Allthatwasrequiredweretheseedsofintentionthateachlistenerwillsowasheorshelistenstothecodes.

Itisnowquitecleartomethatthisuniquepsycho-acousticprogramisaco-creativematrix.Itisanauditorytrailofspirituallightwherebythehealingintentionsandenergiesofthesespirithealerscanbejoinedwiththeintentionsofthoselistening.

Thoughts on Immunity, Belief and Healing

IhavecometoseeImmunityinamuchlargercontextthanjustourphysicalimmuneresponsetopathogens.Fromabiologicalperspective,ourimmunesystemsareawayto

determineselffromnon-self.Ifsomethinginvadesourbodies(sayabacteriaoravirus)ourimmunesystemsquicklyascertainiftheyareapartofusornot.Iftheyarenotrecognizedasapartofourpersonalbiology,thenourimmunesystemsmobilizetheirresourcestodestroythetoxicinvaders.

Physicalimmuneresponseisaverycomplexaffair—acombinationofmanyfactorsincludinggenetics,nutrition,environmentalfactors,personalvitalityaswellasmental/emotionalpatterns.Thislastaspectofimmunityisoftenreferredtoaspsycho-immunologyorpsychoneuroimmunology.Thisfieldofresearchlooksathowourthoughtsandespeciallyemotionsaffectourimmunesystems.Andwhilesuchephemeralthingsasthoughtandfeelingareonlyonesmallpartoftheimmunepuzzle,theyareanintriguingandimportantaspect.

ButthetypeofimmunityofwhichIspeakisnotjustconfinedtothephysicalresponseofourimmunologicalsystems.ThislargercontextforimmunityisanexpressionofwhatIcallourvibrational signature.

Ourvibrationalsignature(ortonality)isrelatedtoouremotionallife—specificallywhatwearefeelingatanygivenmoment,andespeciallyhabitualemotionsthatareaneverydaycomponentofourownpersonalthinkingandfeelinghabits.

Conceptually,Iplacevariousfeelingstatesintooneoftwocategories—coherentemotionsorincoherentemotions.Coherentemotionsarefeelingslikelove,appreciation,peaceofmind,gratitude,etc.Incoherentemotions,ontheotherhand,arefeelingslikehate,jealousy,asenseoflack,mentalagitation,etc.Mostpeoplegenerallyprefertoexperiencecoherentemotionsbecausetheyhaveacoherenteffectontheirbodiesandminds.Incoherentemotionsmakeusfeeluncomfortablebecauseatasubtleenergylevel,theyaredisruptive.

Therearesomefascinatingstudiesthatshowhowincoherentemotions(likehostility,forone)cannegativelyaffectourphysicalimmuneresponseandevenheartrhythms.Butthejuryishardlyin—scientificallyspeaking—whenitcomestohowandtowhatextentourhealthisaffectedbyouremotionallives.SoIdonotwish,atthistime,togetintoadiscussionaboutthepsychologicalandphysiologicalmechanismsofphysicalimmunity.

ThetypeofImmunityIwanttofocuson,atthismoment,isthelargercontextImentionedearlier.Fromthismetaphysicalperspective,wearebeingbombardedeverydaybyalltypesoftoxinsandpathogens.Butthesetoxinsarenotconfinedmerelytothephysicalrealm,wherescience,bynecessityisfocused.ThistypeofcontaminationalsoincludeswhatIcallmental,emotionalandevenspiritualtoxicity.

Whenweareliedtobysomeone,byagroup,orbyasociety—thisisatypeofmental,emotionalorspiritualtoxin.Theseformsofmisinformationhavealonghistoryandtraditionincludingthetypesofmisinformationthatexistwithinfamilysystems,societies,culturalandreligiousdogma,nottomentionmisinformationdisseminatedbygovernmentsandcorporations.Thewholeideaisrathermind-bogglingsoIwilldomybesttosimplifysomeofthebasicconcepts.

Let’stakefamilies,tostartoffwith.Inanidealfamily,whichbythewaydoesnotexist,therelationshipbetweentheparentsisbalancedandtheirchildrenincorporatethisbalancewithintheirownpsychologicalmakeupthroughtheprocessofgrowingupandinteractingwiththesetwoidealparentalfigures.Butinreallife,thereisrarelyabalanceofpower.Oneusuallyhastheupperhandandwieldsitovereveryoneelse.Inthefascinatingkaleidoscopethatishumanexperience,thedomineeringparentmightbedirectorpassiveinhisorhermanipulationofpower.Onemightbearagingbullwhenheorshedoesnotgethisorherway,scaringtheyou-know-what

outofeveryoneinthefamily.Orheorshemightbewhatsomehavereferredtoasa“subtletyrant”togethisorherway.Subtletyrantsarepassiveaggressiveandnevermeetasituationheadonwithhonestyanddirectness.Theirbidsforpowerareexecutedintheshadows(meaningtheunconscious—eithertheirownunconsciousnessand/ortheunconsciousnessofthosearoundthem)andoftenwithanoverlayofhelplessnessandguilt.Someuseillness,forexample,orthethreatofillnessasameanstogetwhattheywant.

Aschildrengrowingupinafamilysystem,weunconsciouslymetabolizeandaccepttheunderlyingbeliefs(thoughtforms)aboutlife,relationshipsandtheworld—aswellasourplaceorlackofplaceinit.Theemotionalpatternsweseedepictedbeforeusaschildrenalsobecomeincorporatedaspartofourbeing.Usuallyweincorporatesuchemotionalandthoughtpatternsasourown,orinsomecaseswerebelagainstthosepatternsandbeliefs.Suchapersonoftenrunstheriskofbeingperceivedbyfamilymembersasa black sheep—theonewhorefusestoconformtothefamily’sbeliefsandexpectations.

Ifabelieforpowermanipulationinthefamilyrunscountertotheauthenticnatureofoneofitsmembers,thiscreatesimmensepsychologicalandevenphysiologicalconflictintheonewhoisout of stepornot with the program.Insomefamilies,mildrebellionistolerated—uptoapoint.Insomefamilies,however,everyonehastoholdtoaveryrigidstandardof

ButwhatIwasleftwithmoreoftenthannotwasadeepsenseofgratitudeatwhattheywereorchestratingonour(humanity’s)behalf.Iwasalsodeeplyimpressedbythevibrationalqualityofeachofthem.AfterlisteningIwasalmostalwaysleftwithdeeplycoherentemotions—feelingslikelove,gratitudeandadeepsenseofinnerpeaceandhealing.Oneveryoccasionafterrecordingthem,Iwastouchedandmovedbytheupliftmentandthepowerthatwascommunicatedthroughtheirvoices.

Butitalsobecamecleartomethattheirhighspiritualvibrationswerehavingacatalyticeffectonme,aswell.Oneoftheprinciplesofvibrationalhealingisthatahighervibrationwilleitherdriveoutortransformalowervibration.Thusafterlisteningtotherecordingsofthesebeings,Iwouldoftenbecomeawareofmyownlowerthoughtforms(meaningthoughtformsthatlimitfreedomofexpressionandevolution).SometimesIwouldactuallyrecallincidentsfrommypastthatwereresponsibleforthesethoughtsandbeliefs,whileothertimesIsimplyfeltthemleavingmewithoutanycontentormemory.

Thus,Ihavecometothinkofthisrecordingasapotentformofspiritualpurification.Andthatmayactuallybethemainsourceofitspower.Throughtheirsingingtous,thesespirithealershavemanagedtobringspirituallightintoaudiblesound.Andthesesoundsactasakindofspiritual transformer.Theydrawoutmental,emotionalandspiritualnegativity(toxicity)andcreateaspacewithinusforourowninnatespirituallighttoanchormoredeeplyandtomanifestmoreclearly.ThroughthisprocessIbelieve,ourinherentself-healingabilitiesmayalsobeenhanced.

Mypointinallofthisisthatourbeliefs(thoughtforms)andemotionsbecomeapartofusthroughaprocessof mental and emotive metabolization.Inotherwords,ourthoughtsandemotionsbecomepartofourveryflesh.Theconstitutionofourbodiesisnotjustformedfromthefoodweeatandwhatwedrink—butalsothroughwhatwethinkandfeel.

Thecoerciontomakeusthinkorfeelincertainwaysis,Ibelieve,oneofthegreatestdetrimentstoourspiritual,mentalandculturalevolution.Whetheritshowsupinourfamilies,

withfriends,atwork,inourplacesofworship,inhowwecontemplateor

holdthedivinewithinourminds,orinourpoliticalinstitutions,themechanismoftoxicityisthesame.

Whenweareforcedorexpectedtothinkandfeelincertainways—againstournatureandourownbestinterest—thiscanbecomeaformofmentaloremotionaltoxicity.Forsomeofussuchtoxicitycanbeworkedout,butforothersitfestersandcreateseitherphysicalillness,orinsomecases

whatIcallspiritual illness(meaningthatthevitality

ofourspirithasbeendampened,suppressedordepleted).Ibelievethatinthenextfewdecadessciencewillhavealot

tosayaboutthisprocessofmentalemotivemetabolization—orhowourthoughtsandfeelingsbecomephysical—butfornowsuchconceptsareonthefringe—tobesure.Butthen,tobefrank,soisthisentireImmunityrecording.

Forsome,theideathatspiritbeingscouldcomethroughsomeone’svoiceandsinghealingcodesthatwillactuallyhelpapersonmustseempreposterous.Forothersitjustmakessense.Italldependsonwhereyouarecomingfromintermsofyourownbeliefsaboutrealityandwhatispossible—nottomentionyourownlifeexperience.
