Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, the Senate proceed to
executive session and resume consideration of the nomination of Robert Anthony Molloy, of the Virgin Islands,
to be Judge for the District Court of the Virgin Islands for a term of ten years.
Ordered further, That with respect to the motions to invoke cloture on the following nominations, the
mandatory quorum calls required under Rule XXII be waived:
Silvia Carreno-Coll, of Puerto Rico, to be United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico;
Katharine MacGregor, of Pennsylvania, to be Deputy Secretary of the Interior; and
Travis Greaves, of the District of Columbia, to be a Judge of the United States Tax Court for a term of
fifteen years.
Ordered further, That at 11:30 a.m., notwithstanding the provisions of Rule XXII, the Senate vote on
the following:
Confirmation of the Molloy nomination;
Cloture on the Carreno-Coll nomination; and
Cloture on the MacGregor nomination.
Ordered further, That if cloture is invoked on the nominations and following the third vote in the series,
the Senate stand in recess until 2:15 p.m.
Ordered further, That following the votes on the motions to invoke cloture on S. 3275 and S. 311, the
Senate vote on the following:
Confirmation of the Carreno-Coll nomination;
Confirmation of the MacGregor nomination; and
Cloture on the Greaves nomination.
Ordered further, That if cloture is invoked on the Greaves nomination, the vote on confirmation occur
at 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2020.
Ordered further, That if any nomination is confirmed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and
