when you are also being kind.• When we show kindness, God is putting things
right through us.• When we show compassion, God is putting
things right through us.• When we forgive, God is putting things right
through us.

right.• Lamentations 3:21-23 But this I call to mind, and

The Habit: PrayerPhilippians 4:6-7• It is difficult to be overwhelmed by anxiety
when you pray.• When you pray, you make your anxiety known.• When you make anxiety known, God gives you
peace.• When God gives you peace, God guards your
