Promotion of Renewable Energies in UkraineApproach of the Concept Study
Targets of the Concept Study :(i) development of a clear concept for the establishment of a renewable energy loan facility and (ii) analysing the viability of potential renewable energy projects to be financed by that facility.
Focus on small hydro power, wind and biomass.
The renewable energy programme is targeted to provide financing and technical to private investors in Ukraine.
Results of the Study: expected end of October 2004
