TheseguidelinesaredesignedforWPOA,BrownCounty,theStateofOhioandFederalagenciestogenerallyfollowtocoordinateandexpeditedecisionsneededduringanemergencytoreturntheaffectedfacilitiestotheirformeroperatingconditions.Thedocumentcontainsthepurpose,goalsandanoverviewofthelogic,timing,andresponsiblepartiescontributingtothetimelydecisionmakingthatisrequiredtoaccomplishthegoals.Adetailedlistofstepsandresponsiblepartiesforthosestepsareincluded.AperiodicreviewofthismaterialistoensurethatitisupdatedasrequiredbyWPOABoardmembersandmembershiptoensurethattimelydecisionsaremade.
