Geometrical constructions I. Year 2011/12 1st (fall) semester
3RD DRAWING
Tint-drawing, size A2 Deadline for delivery: Dec. 6
1) Let the central-axial collineation given by {C, a, v}. Plot two lines l and m: l intersects the axis, m is parallel to the axis. Construct the image of the lines. (IMAGE OF LINE)
2) Let the central-axial collineation given by {C, a, v}. Construct a regular hexagon and its image. (IMAGE OF HEXAGON)
3) Let the central-axial collineation given by {C, a, P P’}. Construct a regular octagon and its image. Construct the vanishing line of the collineation. (IMAGE OF OCTAGON)
4) Construct a perspective-regular tiling of squares (checkerboard of min. 9 squares) with two vanishing points. (REGULAR TILING)
5) Construct approximate curve of golden spiral. (GOLDEN SPIRAL)
6) Construct a regular pentagon, and five more pentagons that are the reflections of the first one with respect to each side.(REGULAR PENTAGONS)
7) Construct a regular star-heptagon by using approximate construction method. (REGULAR STAR-HEPTAGON)
