Creative FX help launch new Volkswagen Crafter
Vehiclewrappingspecialist,CreativeFX,haswrapped95VolkswagenCraftersaspartof
thelaunchcampaignforthenewmodel.
ThenewVWCrafter,availableinshowroomsnationwidefromAugust1st,issettocause
astirinthevanmarket,astheGermanmanufacturerhassetnewclassstandardsfor
emissionsandrunningcosts.Thelaunchcampaign,whichplaysonthis,includestext
writteninapetrolhoseandclaims‘ourbiggestvanismorefuelefficientthanever
before.’
Thevinylgraphics,producedbyCreativeFX,wereprintedonto3Mvinyl,guaranteedto
lastfiveyears,usingaGrenadierprinterandoutdoorinks.Ittookfourspeciallytrained
CreativeFXinstallersfourdaystoapplythegraphicsto95VolkswagenCrafters-59in
Grimsbyand36inSheerness.ThevanshavenowbeendistributedtoVolkswagen
dealersnationwide.
CreativeFXisalong-standingpartnerofVolkswagen.“Wehavehelpedthecompanyto
launchanumberofnewvehicles,includingtheCaddyMaxiandmostrecentlythenew
Amarokpick-uptruck,”saysCreativeFXdirector,SeanDavis.
ThepreviousCraftermodelachievedEEV(EnhancedEnvironmentallyFriendlyVehicle)
status,butVolkswagenhasfurtherimprovedthevan’senvironmentalcredentialswith
theintroductionofasmallerdieselunit,alreadyusedintheVWCaddy,Transporterand
Amarokpick-uptruck.Averagefueleconomyinthenewmodelisupto38.7mpgand
emissionshavebeenreducedbyover10percentto199g/km.
