    and spindle is in process of forming.

    PrometaphaseThe kinetochore of each chromatid is

    attached to a kinetochore spindle fiber.Polar spindle fibers stretch from each

    spindle pole and overlap.

    nucleoli reappear. Chromosomes will become indistinct chromatin.
