The Complexo Industrial da Machava con-cept is based in the construction of infrastruc-tures & providing services for an industrial and logistic platform. The project was thought in a way to commercially fit & be aligned with the Government strategy to create industrial parks. This project will allow a faster set up of several existing initiatives in Maputo. It also aims to be a trigger point & catalyst of eco-nomic activity and job creation.
The project will fall under the manage-ment of Invalco On site there will be a local management structure in place to provide immediate & local support services to the companies installed in the park. In addi-tion, there will be auxilliary services such as restaurants, cafes, CCTV, banks, clearing agents, etc.

In fact, the construction of the business park will be done in such a way, that it would comply with the regulation to simply acquire the approvals for conversoin into an Industrial Free Zone (IFZ)
