We are thankful to Allah Almighty who guided us to lead a manufacturingcompany which is well known as South Asian Electrical Concern (SAEC).The company has been established in 1993 having objective to create newtechniques in electrical field with best and improved productionmethods, fulfilling all the modern demands of electrical works. Itstarted its business at a limited scale which included the fabricationof Lighting Distribution Boards, MCCs, Commercial and Industrialelectrification.
Our work appreciated favorably in a short period of time and it grewinto a low voltage switchgear fabrication concern. The industrialsector, in particular, responded admirably to our services and work.
The development rate speeded up further when a workshop with better men, material and machines was set up in 1995. These changes impactedhealthily on the production and quality of work improved significantly. As a result the customer’s satisfaction increased at a great deal. Allthese efforts towards the service of industry increased the local marketshare for the company.
The company has been growing at a consistent rate since then, exploringnew areas of electrical work to serve better its customers and industry. The company is trying its best to provide best quality products to itscustomers. A team of engineers, supervisors, foremen and technicianskeep exploring new and modern techniques so that the optimum standard ofquality work may be achieved.
The un-tiring efforts and honesty of labor is the key treasure for thecompany. Quick and strong backup is provided to the site staff andcustomers in all areas so that the quality of work may improve at agreat extend.
Quality of work with excellence and perfection is the main motive of thecompany which always been given preference but the suggestions ofcustomers are most valuable to SAEC. The production department keepsfollowing these suggestions and strives for more customer satisfaction, thus ensuring day by day progress of the company.
All the sectors of the company are keen to mould their skills towardsnew and best standards of work. SAEC has a friendly working environmentfor all the employees.

According to International Standards High TensionH.T) starts above 1KV AC. Here in PakistanDistribution Panels of H.T are called MediumVoltage (M.V) Panels, which are named as WapdaMetering and Consumer Panels. SAEC is theforemost name in Medium Voltage DistributionSystem. SAEC is approved from WAPDA toManufacture M.V Panels under the Category M2(ITEM-I, III, V & IV).
(WAPDA APPROVED MANUFACTURERS)
Low voltage panels are generally known as Low Tension (L.V) Panels. LowVoltage range is up to and including 1KV AC. SAEC manufactured anddelivered L.V Panels to its innumerous clients over the years. SAEC hasdeveloped a one of its own kind design of L.V Panels that is calledModular Structure (Nut & Bolted). The quality of this design is that thewhole panel can be attached and then dismantled both in no time; thismakes the panels easy to be extended in future instead of conventionalpanels. These panels have complete protection from Under Voltage, OverVoltage, Phase Failure, Phase sequence and Overloads.
PFI Panels also known as Automatic Power FactorController (AFPC) Panels is a 3-Phase, multiple-capacitor-banks, reactive power compensator. TheAPFC is capable of maintaining target powerfactor round-the-clock and keeping a check onyour electricity bills. SAEC’s APFC finds wideapplications in factories, process plants, commercial buildings, hotels and hospitals.
► Automatic control ► Up to 12 Capacitor banks► Modular construction ► Safe► Reliable ► Low- loss► Computer compatibility (OPTIONAL)► Harmonics control devices (OPTIONAL)► Harmonic Filters/Reactors (OPTIONAL)
► Conserves Energy ► Short payback period► Saves from Wapda Penalty ► Protects your equipment► Reduce switch losses► Avoids detrimental effects of Over-current
Our Auto Main Failure (AMF)panel is equipped witha complete sensing of your mains (WAPDA) andgenerator supply. AMF monitors Voltage, Currentand Frequency of both and take necessary actions, also it monitors generators fuel level so, inorder to shed down generator and generate alarmsignal on its user friendly screen.
SAEC provides solutions both of AutomaticTransfer Switch (ATS) it switches between atleast two and at most three supplies based onpriority, either Wapda – Generator, Wapda - Wapdaor Generator – Generator.
We provide both Module and Relay based solutionswith complete safety and sufficient switchingtime for supplies and cooling time for generator.
We manufacture Automatic Module basedsynchronizing panel that has all control gearsand switchgears (ACB’s/MCCB’s)necessary forsynchronizing operation such as Breakers,Protection Relays, Synchronizing Meters andRelays etc.
Systems in which part of the load is verycritical must be best served by paralleling twoor more generator sets. Paralleling power sourcesallows for a wide variety of choices in thegeneration, distribution and utilization of thesystem's power.
► Synchronizing saves losses of fuel during power generation► Synchronizing eliminate malfunctioning► Synchronizing eliminates human-dependency
► Under parallel operation all the generator sets are started at once and after module senses the required load it makes its preferences
based on its programmed logic and perform necessary operation to Save the cost of fuel used in power generation.► No human needed to monitor loads; module itself senses and monitors the load whenever a load is switched on or takes off from the system.► The module is programmed via an external input (LAPTOP/DESKTOP) to dynamically track the size of each load individually. This allows the system to quickly determine exactly how many loads are to be added or shed from the system, whether it is in the middle of the afternoon or in the middle of the night.► A user friendly main screen with navigation buttons and non- system critical buttons/switches allows operator to manually initiate automation system testing operations.► Intuitive interface makes operation simple. Little or no learning curve required to operate system.
Motor Control Centers are designed to fulfill theelectrical requirement of installed machinerylike water pumps, compressors, Blowers, Fan andall kind of motors in industry.
Motor Control Centers can operate the motors onAutomatic star-delta (ASD)/Direct on line (DOL)method through locally as well as through remotestations. These panels have different trippingsystems like Under Voltage, Over Voltage, PhaseFailure and Phase sequence, Single Phasing,Thermistor Tripping, Dry Running and thermallyOverloading.
MCC’s also have electronic over-current (EOCR)protection relays.(OPTIONAL)
SAEC manufactures Fix/Compartmentalized MCC Panels with a wide range ofStarters/Drives enlisted below:
► Direct on Line Starter (DOL)► Automatic Star Delta Starter (ASD)► Reverse-Forward Starter (R/F)► Soft Starters► Variable Speed/Frequency Drives (VSD/VFD)
Made of sheet steel clad, dust & vermin proof, floor or wall mounting, indoor or outdoor typeDistribution Boards with MCCB, MCB, TPN & Ecopper bus bar, control & indicating auxiliariesimported from renowned internationalmanufacturers. All control and indicating devicesare located at the front of upper door for easychecking by the operator.
SAEC is known for its Lighting control panelsLCP’s throughout the country, we have theexpertise in designing and manufacturing panelswhich satisfies Ingress Protection Class (IP) 54.We Manufacture Lighting control D.B’s forBuildings, Banks and Offices (Most recently atHBL Head office Lahore) and Lighting ControlPanels for Roads and parks (Most recently at RingRoad Lahore). These panels can be controlledthrough Programmable Logical Controllers (PLC’s),Photocell/LDR’s, Digital Astronomic photocellrelay, Analogue/Digital Timers, latch relays etc.
SAEC bring you a range of cable trays/laddersthat is available in different varieties as perthe client's requirements. The cable trays arefabricated in mild steel and also can be providedin pre-galvanized steel, Hot dip galvanized andpainted with approved color enamel or powdercoated, also perforated as per the requirements..Flanges of the tray can be manufactured accordingto requirements.
SAEC bring you a range of Bus Tie Ducts that isavailable up to 5000A as per the client'srequirements. The BBTD’s are fabricated in 99.99%Pure Copper, tin coated and marked with phasecolors and with imported Bus Bar supports.
