Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake Cake 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree 1 Spice Cake Mix Brown Butter Glaze 6 Tablespoons flour 4 Tablespoons butter 3 eggs 1 ½ cups powdered sugar 1 cup water 1 teaspoon vanilla ½ cup chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoons milk ½ teas. Cinnamon ¼ teas. Ginger ¼ teas. Nutmag ¼ teas. Cloves Preheat oven to 350. Spray Bundt pan with nonstick spray. Mix cake ingredients (except walnuts) on low in mixer until combined, then on high for 2 minutes. Fold in chopped walnuts & pour into prepared pan. Bake 40 – 50 minutes until done. Remove from pan and cool slightly. Glaze: In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, stirring constantly. Butter will begin to brown and become amber in color (be careful not to burn). Remove from heat and add vanilla. Whisk in powdered sugar, spices and milk. Add more sugar if you want it a little thicker. Drizzle over warm cake.
