Welcome to your Crestron Presentation system with
Video Conferencing!
Crestron Presentation and Video Conferensing pages can be used with
a variety of Crestron touch screens and remotes, or they can be uploaded
on tablets and/or phones by using the Crestron App
Note that the type and location of touch screen hard buttons will vary
depending on the touch screen model.
The examples below will use Crestron TSW-752 as shown on the right:
CODEC
Video Conferencing (Codec) pages are accessed via the Codec footer button.
1 CODEC footer button The Codec footer button is located at the footer of the page and can be
conveniently accessed from each touch screen page.
Press this button to make a conference call using the CODEC pages.

MAKE A CALL Choose whether to initiate an Audio or Video call
Audio Call button
Press this button to start Audio Call and
access the Audio Dialer Page. 1
Video Call button
Press this button to start Video Call and
access the Video Dialer Page.
AUDIO CALL Use this pag page to start Audio Call.
Audio Dialer Entry Field
Use the keypad to enter a phone number or IP address in the entry field
Speed Dial List Click on a preset (if available) from the Speed Dial List.
Presets in the Speed Dial List are set by the installer. 1
Backspace Button
Use the backspace button to correct any mistakes when entering the number.
Dial Button
Press the Receiver button to start the call.

DIALING PAGE
A Dialing Page is displayed after the call is dialed and before the participant on
the other end answers.
End Call button
Press this button to end the outgoing audio call.
Mute button
Press the Mute button to mute the your microphone

1 INCOMING CALL
When another party initiates a call, an incoming call page is displayed
on top of all other touch screen pages (even if the codec is not the
selected source) and ringing can be heard through the room speakers.
2 Dismiss button
Press the Dismiss button to decline the call. 1
3 Answer button
Press Answer button to accept the call.

CALL WAITING Call-Waiting Page is displayed when the codec receives an incoming call
request while already participating in another call.
Ignore button
Press the 'Ignore' button to dismiss the Call Waiting page and return to
the active call . 1
End Current + Answer button
Press the 'End Current + Answer' button to hang up the active call and
establish a new call with the incoming call.

CALL IN PROGRESS
This page is displayed when an Audio or Video Call is answered
1 Present button
Press this’ button to begin a Presentation while in a call.
2 Leave button
Press this button to terminate the call.
3 Keypad Button
Press this button to open the Audio/video Call Dialer page without ending
the call in progress.
Disable Video
Press the Disable Video button to stop /disable the local camera.

VIDEO CALL Use this page to start Video Call.
1 Video Dialer Entry Field
Use the keypad to enter a phone number or IP address In the entry field
Speed Dial List Click on a preset (if available) from the Speed Dial List. Presets in the
Speed Dial List are set by the installer. 1
Backspace Button
Use the backspace button to correct any mistakes when entering the number.
Dial Button
Press this button to start the Video call when the number was manually
entered in the Video Dialer Entry field.

1 DIALING Page This page is an Interim screen displayed after the call was dialed but before the
call is answered, a timeout on the CODEC wrapper will close this page and return
to the dialer after 45 seconds
End Call button
Press this button to end the call in progress. 1
Disable Video button
Press this button to disable the local camera
Mic Mute button
Press this button to mute the local microphone

4 VIDEO CALL Page
Video Call page is displayed when a Video Call is answered
5 Presenting button
Press ‘Present’ button to begin a Presentation while in a call. 1
Camera Controls & Extended Camera Controls
Select Camera presets (setup by the Installer) or use the Pan, Tilt and Zoom
camera settings to move the camera to the desired camera angle and or/position.
Leave button
Press this button to end the Call
Keypad Button
Press the Keypad button to returns to the Keypad without ending the current call.
Disable Video button
Press this button to disable the local camera

1 PRESENTATION PAGES When in a call, the ‘Call In Progress’ status bar is displayed at the top of
any Source control or Presentation Pages to allow quick navigation to the
‘Call In Progress’ page.
’Call in Progress’ Status Bar
Allows quick return to the Call In Progress page from any other page in the
project.
Note: When in a call simply press the Home hard button to access the Source
Selection pages.

1 SYSTEM SHUTDOWN Initiate System Shutdown by pressing the Power Hard Button on the right
hand side of the touch screen.
Call In Progress Warning
This message is displayed when attempting to shut down the system while
there is a call in progress.
System Off button Press this button to terminate the active call and shut down the system.
This action will turn off the displays and other equipment.
Cancel button
Press this button to return to the call in progress.
