Post that he was CFO for Fawaz Alhokair Group, GM for Saudi Home Loans in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, CFO for Bank of Queensland in Australia and is currently CFO for Mannai in Qatar.
THE DECISION
I made a decision that I wanted to work in industry, so I felt CIMA was the best option for me as training as an auditor was not going to prepare me to run a business or be a CFO and develop my business management skills.
THE BENEFITS
The Finance function is playing a bigger and more active role in an organisation, supporting and leading companies strategically with key decisions. The recognition by peers of my qualification and background helps me build trust, influence business decisions and improve performance.
