with some sets of rules and a general awareness that we should follow while using the internet.

Ethics is a code or a set of principles by which people live.
INTRODUCTION• Youths and awareness of social Ethics in
ICT.access to pornography or software, hacking, using duplicate copies of software, licenses, pirated CDs.
YouTube has an age limit for viewing of some videos, but today's teenagers create fake IDs and successfully access the contents.
INTRODUCTION
• Merits and demerits The pros of this technological era is
that youth are getting acquainted with enormous resources to constantly update their knowledge.
Youth are using it for their own requirements, but they don’t understand the right way of using this medium and use it as a tool to entertain them.
• Issues like cyber crime, leak of personal information etc.
It is easier to access the internet now a days, but it is more easier to access untrusted or vulnerable sites
SCOPE OF STUDY• Vignana Jyothi Institute Of Management• Age group of 18-35SAMPLE AND DATA• 100 students studying management at
VJIM • questionnaire was prepared using Google
Drive application • The data was collected over a span of 1
month
SURVEY INSTRUMENT• 9 questions • have your mail accounts being hacked , visiting of untrusted sites, viability of social networking sites, the use of proxy sites etc.
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY• To know the effect of various
unwanted activities such as hacking, visiting untrusted sites and use of the proxy site on social ethics in ICT.
• The extent to which todays youth is aware of rules and regulation while using the internet.
• To examine the most important problem faced by Indian youth because of unethical practices in ICT.

• There are various applications such as farm ville and family tree through which people are tempted to allow access to their personal information.
SUGGESTION• Government should issues
strict cyber laws .
An individual must be very careful while accessing various applications on social networking sites, they should not click e-mails from unknown resources.
social ethics should be a part of the curriculum in educational institutions which should be promptly implemented.
