Medley Inc. is a minority women-owned small business specializing in helping organizations
reach diverse markets through public relations and digital media marketing. We proudly tout a
portfolio featuring campaigns on local, national and international landscapes. We are known for
our nontraditional approach to marketing and our ability to increase brand awareness.
Founded in 2009, we launched our agency with a specific desire to tell stories that represent
diverse communities. We believe that our work as culturally competent communication experts
is imperative. We should all be telling stories that humanize communities, that elevate unsung
heroes and that contribute to a more equitable world.
Our designations include Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance, Women’s Business Enterprise
National Alliance, Greater Houston Black Chamber, Minority Business Enterprise and Historically
Underutilized Business.Our founder Ashley Small completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small

SCOPE:
Kroger has become the nation’s #1 grocery retailer. Kroger recently launched the Dip clothing line where 80% of the clothes were under $19, and a holiday program called “Geoffrey’s Toy Box, bringing exclusive Toys “R” Us toys to nearly 600 stores. Arts District Houston, a state-recognized arts and cultural district, is home to anup and coming creative economy. This colorful, urban, artist-centered communityalong the Washington Avenue Corridor touts the highest concentration of artists inthe state. On May 12, 2017, AT&T Houston Emerging Leaders united to support Senate Bill 1004, which would ensure Texans and Texas businesses continue to have access to the most technologically advanced wireless infrastructure. Local leaders sent Texas lawmakers key messaging to lay essential groundwork for implementing 5th generation wireless networks.

Since 1986, The Rose has been the only non-profit organization based on a model that changes lives by providing a space for women who have health insurance to cover the cost of those who are uninsured. The organization has grown significantly throughout the years to become the leading breast healthcare organization in Texas. Our writing and proofreading work is an integral part of our overall communications

Prior to launching Medley, our founder worked at traditional media outlets like the Houston
Chronicle and JONES Magazine where she was able to contribute published articles and
