One of the most important process in CP is the development of newproducts, new packagings, new flavours,…etc.
In this process work about 10 different departments (marketing,innovation, industry, purchase, planification, logistics, managementcontrol, sales, international…) in teamworks called innovation cells.
There were file librarys by Project and a lot of redundant mails.
Objective
Simplify the process, find a friendly tool for marketers and at thesame time a tool with tasks control for Project managers.
