The manufacture of conventional clay bricksinvolves the consumption of large amountsof clay. This depletes topsoil and causesdegradation of agricultural land. Fly ashbricks do not require clay and serve twopurposes; preservation of topsoil andconstructive utilization of fly ash.
Also, Fly ash bricks have several advantagesover conventional bricks viz. more strength,light weight, economic etc.
