• Installation Closures– Minimal Time from Mission Drawdown to Base Closure

– Cleanup Sites by FY11;LTM/LTO Budgeted for Out Years

– Immediate Reuse is Goal, Caretaker Ops s/b Exception

• Army/LRA Collaboration = Successful Reuse

• Legacy BRAC - Continue Funding Cleanup While Exploring New Ways to Transfer Property
