1 Policy Statement
InfoBeans extends assorted benefits to the Team Members in terms of multiple
advantages, and is committed to providing them with comprehensive and competitive
benefits to work in a lively environment.
The Team member benefits, also called the fringe benefits, perquisites, or perks include
various types of non-wage compensation, besides their normal remuneration. The term
‘perks’ are often used colloquially to refer to those benefits which are of a more
discretionary nature.
2 Objectives
Being happy at work makes you feel contented, thereby making you happier at your
home as well. InfoBeans has introduced a few unique benefits and perks, as it believes
in creating world-class infrastructure to take care of a world-class team. The organization
offers the Team Members a comfortable environment that makes the office their second
home, allowing them to focus on the more important business at hand. The Team
Members can avail of a variety of benefits & perks offered by InfoBeans. The description
of all Benefits & perks is elucidated in this document.
3 Scope & Applicability
Depending on the respective benefits & perks, it encompasses the
contractual/permanent and/or both Team Members discreetly. The description of all
benefits & perks is covered in this document in detail.

4.1 Wedding Perk - Chauffeur driven car
4.1.1 Purpose: InfoBeans offers a chauffeur driven car to be rejoiced by the Team Members
during their wedding leave, so that they experience the regal luxury of a pleasant
outing at the outset of their new chapter of life.
4.1.2 Applicability: Applicable to all permanent Team Members.
4.1.3 Details:
• A Team Member can avail a chauffeur driven car of their choice.
● The car can be availed once with an upper rent limit of INR 2500/-.
● Booking to be done by Team Members themselves.
● Bills to be submitted to Admin team within two weeks before or after the wedding
date, stating the Team Member’s Name, Code and wedding date on the bill.
● Reimbursement will be done on actuals and the amount will be credited to Team
Member’s salary account with the following month’s payroll.
● The same shall not be availed on any other day except for Team Member’s wedding
date.
4.2 Wedding Anniversary Perk
4.2.1 Purpose: As the professional milestones of Team Members are significant to the
organization, InfoBeans ensures that the Team Members are spending dedicated
quality time with their beloved on their wedding landmarks as well. Keeping this fact
in mind, the Wedding Anniversary Perk is introduced.
4.2.2 Applicability: Applicable to all permanent Team Members.
4.2.3 Details:
● Two movie tickets and snacks to be reimbursed to the Team Members and
their spouse as Wedding Anniversary Perk.
● Bills to be submitted up to Rs. 500/- to the admin team.
● Movie tickets in 15 days, on or before the anniversary date can be availed.
● Bills to be stapled, stating the Team Member’s Name, ID, and anniversary date and
needs to be submitted to the Admin team for reimbursement within 15 days before
or after the Wedding Anniversary date.
● The same shall be reimbursed on actuals, and credited to the Team Member’s salary
account with the following month’s payroll.

● Your wedding anniversary is also an Optional Leave. The same can be applied on
HRMS portal following the 3n rule. The manager’s approval is required for the same.
4.3 Birthday Holiday Perk
4.3.1 Purpose: An initiative to ensure the Team Members celebrate their birthday with
friends and family. A holiday on the birthdays is given to all theTeam Members as a
“Thank You leave.”
4.3.2 Applicability: Every Team Member has one Thank you leave allotted per year in their
leave account.
4.3.3 Details:
● Leave to be applied on the HRMS portal.
● The 3n rule applies, and the manager’s approval is needed for the leave.
● Team Members to make sure their celebrated birth date is updated in the portal,
leaves will be allotted as per the same.
● Birthday leave cannot be encashed, transferred or swapped with any other day.
● If was not availed/remained unutilized, birthday leave will lapse.
● Birthdays falling on weekends cannot be carried forward or adjusted.
4.4 Kindle Library
4.4.1 Purpose: To enable the Team Members to browse and read e-books, newspapers,
magazines and other digital media, Kindles are issued to Team Members.
4.4.2 Applicability: To all the Team Members.
4.4.3 Details:
● In order to get the kindles issued, the Team Members need to drop an e-mail to
● Kindle device is issued for the period of two weeks per Team Member.
● The onus is on the Team Member to return it within the stipulated duration.
● If the Team Members wants to get it reissued, they can again raise a request to
[email protected]. Based on the kindle availability, the same will be reissued.
● If the Team Members wish to get any e-book added to the library, they can drop an
e-mail to IT with their suggestions and the same will be added as per the utility of the
book requested.
● Team Members need to take care of the devices: Damages, if any, shall be borne by
the Team Member.

4.5 Longevity Leave
4.5.1 Purpose: An expression of admiration for loyalty and an initiative to ensure the Team
Members spend dedicated time with their families, longevity leaves are given to them
reaching a specific milestone.
4.5.2 Applicability: This perk is applicable to all permanent Team Members.
4.5.3 Details:
● Longevity leaves are assigned under the category of “Thank You leave” in the HRMS
portal.
● Milestones are set for completing 6/10/15/20 years with InfoBeans.
● The day Team Member reaches the month of milestone, they are eligible to take 2
weeks (10 working days) off.
● The leaves can be taken in one shot or over the following year, valid upto 12 months
from the date of milestone.
● 3n rule applies and the manager approval is needed.
● Longevity leaves can neither be encashed, nor be carried forward.
4.6 Loan Facility
4.6.1 Purpose: To assist Team Members financially in the need of the hour, InfoBeans
offers interest free loans to them to take care of the emergency situations. Approval
for the same is at the discretion of a senior manager.
4.6.2 Applicability: Applicable to all permanent Team Members.
4.6.3 Details:
● Team Members can avail an interest free loan equivalent to maximum two months of
salary.
This can be done in cases of :
➢ Medical emergency – The loan is given for self or family member in blood relation
i.e. parents, spouse, brother, sister or kids;
➢ Higher education – The loan is given for Team Members;
➢ Marriage ceremony – The loan is given for Team Members only.
● Team Members needs to be in the organization for at least one year to avail this
facility.
● At any given point of time, a Team Member can only have one outstanding loan. If the
previous loan is outstanding (regardless of the amount outstanding), the organization
cannot issue a new loan (regardless of the amount needed).

● Loan is deducted without interest in the span of six months.
● Team Member needs to deposit an undated cheque in the same amount of loan as
security. This cheque is not deposited in the bank in normal circumstances and
is returned to the Team Member upon full repayment of the loan.
● In case the Team Member leaves the organization within six months of the recovery
time, same shall be recovered during full and final settlement.
● Team Member can avail loan facility only once in two years.
● Loan approval is based on senior managers’ discretion and is not accountable to
mention any reason in case of denial of request.
● Loan facility is not a right but a conditional priviledge extended to all Team Members.
4.7 Locker’s Allocation
4.7.1 Purpose: In order to keep Team Members’ belongings safe they can avail of the locker
facility at their workplace. Besides, this makes them commute lighter, carrying less
number of bags with them every day.
4.7.2 Applicability: To all the Team Members.
4.7.3 Details:
● Team Members need to get in touch with Admin team for the locker allocation.
● Based on the availability, the lockers are issued to the Team Members.
● One locker per Team Member to be allocated.
● In case of loss of keys, the Team Members need to immediately report to Admin team
in this regard.
● Team Members should refrain from keeping currency or valuables in their lockers.
● The Team Members are not allowed to swap the lockers with other members.
● The Team Members are accountable for keeping their belongings safe in the lockers.
InfoBeans shall not be held responsible for any losses or pilferages thereof.
● Team Members need to keep their lunch boxes in the lockers and are not permitted
to bring any eatables around the carpet area or at the workstations.
4.8 Indoor facilities
4.8.1 Purpose: A congenial and creative workspace inspires the Team Members to put in
their best efforts every day, and the pleasant surroundings have a direct effect on the
Team Members’ productivity and creativity. Being the second home, InfoBeans caters
to bring the world class facilities and infrastructure for its extended family.
4.8.2 Applicability: Indoor facilities are extended to all the Team Members.

4.8.3 Details:
• Cricket Net - Cricket being the most watched and loved game in India, we have
installed a bowling machine and cricket net on one of the terraces to make Team
Members try their hands at cricket. Teams are formed, and cricket tournaments are
organized which are enjoyed by everyone in the organization.

• Massage Chair - An automated massage chair is installed at the workplace to make
the Team Members feel relaxed whenever they get a little tired. Putting the right
tickling pressure on your body, it helps you in soothing your muscles and relieve you
of the exhaustion after having a tough day.
The massage chair is put up in Happiness RHS block.

• TT & Pool Tables - TT and Pool tables are placed in the lobby at CITP office for Team
Members. A short game of table tennis and pool makes Team Members return to
work more energized with sharper strategic thinking. This indeed builds their morale
and helps them to revitalized, inculcating in them a good team spirit.

• In House Cafeteria – Facilitating the availability of fresh and nourishing food,
InfoBeans offers an in-house cafeteria operational for the entire day. Subsidized food,
fruits & juices are made available to the Team Members at the in-house facility, where
they can relish appetizing and nutritive meals with a variety of options.

• Music Room - There is a music room to sing & dance at the CITP office, where you
get a massage or just lie down on the recliners. The music room has Aux cable
connectivity & Amplifiers: The Team Members can connect their phones to play their
favorite songs and rejuvenate themselves.

• X-Box Room - The XBOX 360 Kinect console is installed to provide controller-free
gaming and entertainment experience. The Team Members play these games single
or teaming up with other Team Members by using gestures, body movements, etc.
Various games like Olympic games, Running, Dancing, etc. are available over here.

Annexure I- Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Q 1. I am married, but I want to avail of the chauffeur driven car perk for my
brother/sister’s wedding?
A. This perk is applicable only to the Team Members.
Q 2. For wedding anniversary perk, I want to take my spouse for dinner. Can I submit
the dinner bills for reimbursement?
A. Yes, you can submit if the bill amount is upto INR 500/-
Q 3. Can I watch the movie before my wedding anniversary date?
A. Yes, you can and submit the bill dated fifteen days before or after the anniversary date.
Q 4. Can I take my kids along for the movie and get the bills reimbursed?
A. You can, if the maximum amount of bill is up to Rs. 500/-
Q 5. My wedding anniversary was on 8th April. I was busy during that time and went
for the movie on 25th April instead. Can I submit my bills now?
A. No, anniversary perk can be used after or before fifteen days of wedding anniversary
date.
Q 6. Can I avail of the optional leave on my wedding anniversary?
A. Yes, you can apply for the same on HRMS portal and take the manager’s approval.
Q 7. I could not take a holiday on my birthday due to important work. Can I get a
comp off?
A. If was not availed / remained unutilized, birthday leave will lapse.
Q 8. My birthday is falling on Sunday. Can I take the birthday holiday on that Monday?
A. Birthdays falling on weekends cannot be carried forward.
Q 9. I want to start the massage therapy daily with the masseurs since I am suffering
from joint pains
A. You can, but prior appointment is needed for the same and the time duration should not
exceed 15-20 minutes.
Q 10. Under Longevity leaves, the leaves need to be taken in one go or can be taken
in small chunks over the year?
A. Both can be done followed by the 3n rule within a year from date of reaching that
milestone.

Q 11. The locker that is allocated to me is too high to reach; I want to exchange it
with someone who has it at a lower height. What should I do?
A. Team Members are not permitted to swap the lockers with other members. However,
You can get in touch with Admin team to get another locker allotted, if available.
Q 12. To play cricket or TT, where can I collect bat and ball from?
A. You can collect the same from the security guard, and return the same to him intact
after playing.
Q 13. Do I need to book an appointment to use massage chair or inform anyone?
A. No, you can do that anytime as you want during official hours.
Q 14. Can I order something from outside and eat it in office cafeteria?
A. Yes, you can do that.
Q 15. Can I bring my X-Box game CD?
A. No, you can play from the available ones at office.
