ABOUT UNIVERSITY (AKU)
Aryabhata Knowledge University Patna has been established by Govt. of Bihar for the
development and management of educational infrastructure related Engineering,
Medical, Management and Allied professional education in Bihar under the AKU ACT
2008. Bakhtiyarpur College of Engineering is approved by the All India Council of Technical
Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Aryabhata Knowledge University (AKU),
Patna
BCE-P stands on the promise of being dedicated to the nation in this respect, we aim to provide industry with the kind of
employee pool that lends itself to the growth of the institute and indeed the nation, itself. BCE-P Seeks to improve upon
this goal, the latest developments and the summer and winter Internship arrangement which ensures that our students
learn beyond the boundaries of their own curricula, what is encouraging is the student’s participation in various
technological and Socio-Cultural events in national events, considering the importance of these experiences in shaping

experts, Rasaberry pi, Line Follower Robots ,
Quadcopter are few of them. Students learn the skills and participates in recognised

BCEians @ IDEATHON-18ABOUT Ideathon
Department of Information Technology, Government of Bihar in its paradigm to promote entrepreneurship and to create a
competitive and transparent ecosystem for the entrepreneurs & established start-ups in the state is undertaking numerous
initiatives. One such initiative is the Ideathon- 2018 event, which will act as a platform for the demonstration of
innovative next-generation ideas & product, drawing participation from the various group of stakeholders like Students,
Start-ups, Technical institutions, Working Professionals and most importantly by the Business Developers, Venture
Capitalists, Angel Investors and other important players from the entrepreneurial ecosystem
TEAM-PHONAVPHONAV leaded by PRINCE AMIT, RITESH YADAV, SUMAN
KUMAR , RASHMI SINHA.
They made a device for visually unpaired person. This device is
basically a glass having fish eye camera that take input from the
surrounding and navigate the user through bone conduction .
Currently it is apple to identify 22 different daily life objects but soon
they will abroad the aspects to 90 different objects. Currently it is able
to navigate in 60 different language and accent local languages like
Kannada, Hindi etc.
Three projects from BCE-P got selected Team PHONAV, Team BLOODPORT, Team THINK TANK for
IDEATHON-18 among 36 other projects across all over India Companies like Microsoft, Unicorn etc. also
made their presence.

TEAM-THINK TANK
Team THINKTANK leaded by ABHISHEK KUMAR, a S.O.S device in caseof road accidents, in this rapidly population growing country road accidentsare common where various people suffers due to unavailability of medicalattention on the right time .This is a combination of mobile app and a smalldevice fitted in the front side of vehicles. As soon as the vehicles is being hittedautomatically SOS message is delivered to the nearby hospitals with the pinpoint of GPS location. Also the user can mark safe it self if the accident isminor through the APP.
TEAM-BLOODPORT
Team BLOODPORT leaded by RIYA RUNJHUN&ANIKET PATHAK, a easy way to get and
transport blood. This is basically a combination of App and a Transport network having
collaborations between various hospitals and blood banks that use to organise various blood
donation camps and take care that in case of any disaster no one fells the scarcity of blood.
Also, the transportation network will help to deliver blood as well as help the needy
materials from urban to rural network

2020
Coming from an institute with a robust academic curriculum, along with a culture of excellence in
extra-curricular activities, a typical BCEians is ready to play a pivotal role in propelling innovation at
workplace, a habit which is cultivated right here on campus.
We have planned the following Schedule at BCE Patna for campus interviews of students graduating
in 2020.
1.Pre-Placement Talks(PPT) fort final Placements/Internships :-1st July 2019 (6 PM onwards)
The PPTs will be held two slots each days after the class hours from Monday to Saturday 6PM
to 7 PM. We may have around five slots 9:30 AM/ 11:00 AM/ 2:30 PM / 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM
2. Internship Selection:- 1st August 2019 to 20th Feb 2020
If you are interested in hiring both interns and full time, you can give a combine ppt followed by the interns selection on
the same day
If you are interested in early ppt, and early PPT; you are most welcome to block a slot + date as early as you can.
Interactive session will allow our students to understand the profile of your esteemed organization, their job profile
including
Job prospects etc. You would request you to kindly ensure your presence in the campus on the allotted slots and date for
the
PPT as otherwise we will be losing the slots if you make any last moment change in the agreed schedule.
In case your company feels it is inconvenient to visit twice-you are most welcome to carry out the entire selection process,
