The Background and Purpose of Project
With the development of Internet technology, digital economy or the Internet economy is spreading around the world. The digital economy encompasses the full
range of economic, social, cultural activities and all kinds of activities performed or supported based on the Internet and related Information and communication
technologies (ICTs). It noted that the subject of cross-border transactions over the Internet has changed dramatically with the progress of the digital economy.
Targets for transactions over the Internet include all digitized information as well as tangible goods . While the advent of business models of digital transactions
pops up, interest in moving information between borders is growing. It is true that e-commerce not only stores all this information in one place but also reflects
more accurately the recent rapidly changing economic and industrial realities.
A complex system that collects global suppliers and aggregates information into one place and allows online platforms, e-commerce, payments and customs
clearance is needed. Collecting quality data requires mutual cooperation and requires delivery, registration, and purchase of trade forms and objectives from
anywhere in the world.. The program was generally called B2C and was released by supplementing and correcting issues in e-commerce and building international
online platforms.

In Korea, the amount of e-commerce transactions, which stood at 630 trillion won in 2008, continued to grow to 1204 trillion won in 2013. . In particular, B2C transactions have been increasing rapidly since 2010. Korea's import volume (directly) through e-commerce jumped from about $270 million in 2010 to about $1.54 billion in 2014.
B2C Current Status of E-Commerce Korea
The total number of individual business operators and corporate business owners in Korea is 348,000 and 96,000 people, respectively, about 6 percent and 12 percent, respectively.
