Registration will be located in the BFI Southbank Foyer, just inside the Main Entrance.
Sign-up for tours takes place during event registration on Day 1See tour listings for timings and locations. Please meet at the location written on the tour listing and factor in time to get there.
There is some space to store bags, but this space is not secured and belongings are left at the owner's risk. If required see an Axiell staff member.
Photography and filming will be taking place throughout the event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please stick a red sticker on your name badge. These can be found at the registration table.
Food and beverages should remain in the area in which it is served.
Because our venue is a working cinema, we ask that attendees take everything with them when leaving sessions.
