Suffolk County Demo2raphic Report

Overview:

Demographics operation examined the five western towns of Suffolk County, New York in an effort to identify the existence of population centers and business districts of communities of interest. The towns examined are Babylon, Brookhaven, Huntington, Islip and Smithtown. This examination further identified locations. These locations provide the maximum ability to gauge the general sentiment and general activity of these communities.

Summary:

The Demographics examination identified a significant Turkish population in the examined area of Suffolk County as well as a growing south Asian population.

Half of the identified South Asian places of interest were less than 6 months old which indicates that that demographic may be growing at a significant rate.

Whereas there are some persons of Arab descent in the examined area, the population is not significant enough to support any commercial establishments such as cafes, restaurants and specialized grocery locations.
