My Reflection
My Reflection
While conducting this hands-on activity for giving a test or Periodical Test for the pupils of Grade IV section 2 in Macabebe, Elementary School I learned some experiences in dealing with pupils, teachers and other stakeholders in the school. I’ve encountered different responses by the pupils on how will they react in the particular question and their behavior while taking the periodical test. It is true that every learners has a individual characteristics, its up to you if how could you deal with them or how to appreciate them. While making the project or compiling the test paper results, I realized that this is very important for we to be early prepare when we are in the field of teaching because I can apply what I learned in this subject on data assessment, analysis and decision making by giving feedbacks or reflections on it, using different assessment tools like the likert scale to measure the cognitive, psychomotor and affective domain of the learners. Also the importance of cooperation and teamwork with my group mates while conducting this hands-on activity in the ad-ministration of written test.
Acknowledgment
I would like to take this opportunity to express my profound gratitude and deep regard , this portfolio assessment is made possible through the help and support from everyone, including my parents who always gives their support for their exemplary guidance, valuable feedback and constant encouragement throughout the duration of the project. I would also like to give my sincere gratitude to all my friends my group mates who filled in the survey. Their valuable suggestions were of immense help throughout my project work. without them this portfolio would be incomplete. And of course thanks to God by His guidance.
