As a real estate agent, I am
constantly trying to determine what’s important to my business. Although
online marketing is important, I have to always be asking myself what’s the
best use of my time now. Contacting and meeting with leads, and making calls
or in-person visits to close deals are always priority. Therefore, it is important
to find easier ways to get things done.

more organized. MY devices are filled with useful apps, however, my top five

clients, leads, and colleagues. If you have to meet with busy or out of town
buyers or sellers you can have a virtual meeting from your office or even your
car via Hangouts. This app has been a lifesaver for me, because it allows me

WHAT IT DOES: With this app you and your team will always have your
important files at the tip of fingers. Grab and drop important files as
needed and they can be remotely access by you and anyone assigned to
accesses files. Dropbox as truly simplified my life. I save everything in my
Dropbox such as property photos and info about a home or the local market to
provide to clients, which you can do by creating and sharing folders
specifically for them.

used. This app has save me many times when I have an urgent contract that
needs to be signed.

WHAT IT DOES: As independent
contractor it is important that we account for work expenses, this app work
costs with ease. During my down time on the road, I use Expensify to track
how many miles I drove in the past month, where I ate, and any other
purchases I made. I snap photos of all of my receipts with my phone or tablet
