(b) advocate for ethicalpractices, behaviours andpolicy in tourism andempower individuals in thedeveloping and developedworld to become advocatesthrough education andtraining;

(c) facilitate communitydriven programs byproviding resources, bothhuman and financial, thatpromotes and protects;

i(i) social justice;

(ii) the natural environmentand its inhabitants (non-human species);

(iii) individual and collectivefulfilment wherebyindividuals are given thefreedom to illuminate as wellas exist within a collectivecommunity. In solidarity,shared aims and valuesarise from the pursuit ofcommon purposes;

(iv) sustainable developmentwith particular focus onconsumption andproduction. Refuse, reduce,reuse, up-cycle, recycle;

(v) Tourism as a mutuallybeneficial phenomena forgovernment, business andcommunities;

(vi) the rights of workers andentrepreneurs in thetourism industry. Eachindividual is of the samemoral worth and obliged touphold and respect theequality of others;

(vii) Culture througheducation of heritage, placesof significance as well asprotocols and practices. Thisexpands to the preservationof local indigenouslanguages and expressionsof identity including art in allits forms and music.Diversity is embracedthrough dialogue betweendifferent cultures andidentities. These can alsohelp to build a commonculture.
