Concession for the design, financing, construction, operation,
maintenance and transfer of a transportation system of natural
gas. The project shall comprise two transportation systems :
a) Pipeline and polyduct of the Separación Malvinas Plant
to the Point of Connection (PC) located in the existing
system of transportation ; and from this point to the
Chiquintirca Compression Plant. In this last section, the
concessionaire is obliged to perform only the FEED
study (by its acronym in English ) and the
Environmental Impact Study (EIA).
b) Pipeline from the Point of Connection (PC) to the South
Coast of the country . It shall include the following
sections :
