1.Gointo“Add/Remove”programstomakesuretheActivManagerhasbeeninstalled.Ifnot,latestPrometheandriverneedstobeinstalledfirst.SeeActivDriverinstructionsonpages8and9.2.Ifyoucanverifythatthedriverhasbeeninstalled,quitAdd/Removeprogramsandhitctrl/alt/deletetogetintothetaskmanager.3.Onceinthetaskmanager,gotoprocesses,sortbythe“imagename”tabandquitthe“ActivManager.exe”processaswellasotherActivsoftwareprocesseslikeActivControl2.4.Quitoutofthetaskmanagerandgoto:MyComputer>C://Drive>ProgramFiles>ActivSoftware>Activdriver>ActivMgr.exeanddoubleclickonittostartitupagain.5.Theiconshouldappearinthetaskbarasnormal.6.Thentakethestepstoremovethedriveranddoafreshinstallofthedriveragain,perthebelowinstructions:
