Who we areDr Jan Maskell CPsychol The Going Green Working GroupConvenor, an independent occupational psychologist and anenvironmentalist. Her main concerns are how to apply the scienceand practice of psychology, at both personal and organisationallevels, to pro-environmental behaviour.

Anna Kane CPsychol An occupational psychologist and founderand director of consultancy Ampleo. She volunteered with theGoing Green Working Group since early 2010. She was Chair of theGroup between 2011 and 2013, and had great fun yet challengingtimes organising, promoting and hosting three annual conferences.

Dr Nadine Page Nadine is a researcher in the Ashridge ResearchTeam and primarily works on research projects within the AshridgeCentre for Business and Sustainability. Her research interests are inthe areas of sustainability and change, from both an individual andorganisational perspective.

Kim Feldwicke An occupational and business psychology MScstudent at Kingston University. She has been supporting the GoingGreen Working Group since 2014.

Purpose and objectivesThe group aims to raise awareness of the role ofoccupational psychology (and psychology) in pro-environmental awareness in the workplace – the relationship between science and practice.

Plans for the futureMore discussions, presentations,workshops and practicalactivities related to sustainabilityin the workplace are planned,including several half day eventsand a full day conference.Outputs

We have recently published Engage andChange: Occupational Psychologists’ Role inFacilitating Corporate Responsibility, whichpresents survey findings of sustainabilityprofessionals’ current and future challenges,and the 6Es framework to assist occupationpsychologists in implementing sustainabilitychanges in the workplace.
