Loading a Mask as a Selection

1. Open the image of the Egret

2. In the channels palette click the RGB eye to display the entire image

3. Click on the Egret eye to hide the Egret channel

4. From the menu choose >Select>Load Selection Click Okay

5. Click on the layers tab and select the background layer

6. The Egret should be selected

Making Adjustments1. In the menu bar choose

Image>Adjustments>Auto Levels

2. Choose Edit> Undo to compare the changes you made

3. Choose Edit > Redo to reapply the changes you made

4. Choose Select > Deselect

5. Choose File > Save
