The need for intercultural learning experiences English may be the primary language, become immune
to diversity IE is important because it promotes the importance
of attaining global competency skills in the society today
Benefits: Competitive market field A higher chance to be
employed Increases global awareness & cross-cultural skills Versatility, tolerance & acceptance for others Susceptible to make a difference!
Conclusion Seniors: “What’s next?” question I encourage you to travel with a purpose: Study, work,
