• SEPTEMBER 2020 WILL SEE THE LAUNCH OF OUR BRAND NEW VIRTUAL CURRICULUM. AS WE ARE A

SCHOOL THAT HAS NO COMPULSORY HOMEWORK WE HAVE CREATED A HOME CURRICULUM THAT WILL

OFFER PUPILS THE CHANCE TO LEARN A VARIETY OF TOPICS.

PhotographyPhotography is the art of capturing and

manipulating images. Photographers can use

film and digital cameras as well as camera-

less photography to create images.

KS2 Animal Careo Do you love animals?

Outdoor Education

This course is made up of 10 activities that will teach you life skills and enable you to gain inventive ways to make the most of

nature. These skills will build confidence and result in you being happy and energized. Links to Science, Food Technology, SMVSC and PE.

veg then this is the course for you.

Learn British Sign Language (BSL)Sign Language is a visual means of communicating using gestures, facial expression, and body language. Sign Language is used mainly by people

who are Deaf or have hearing impairments.

Are you interested in developing your skills in this area and gaining a qualification that is fully accredited with a certificate?

Could this be the start of a future career in helping and supporting children and adults who are deaf? Ideal for those pupils who may want to

complete the DofE Award

The course is delivered online and you can complete it at your own speed. You can access Introducing British Sign Language whenever you like

(desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile). Study at your own pace and at a time that is convenient to you. You can access the course for 1 year. Designed to

be studied over approximately 16-20hrs - 1.5 - 2hrs/week.

This introducing British Sign Language course contains 10 lessons and covers:

Fingerspelling, Numbers, Colours, Deaf Awareness, Introductions, Family, Relationships, Descriptions, Hobbies, Time, Money, Days, Months, &

Seasons, Food & Drink, Emotions, Relationships, Animals, Clothing, and Conversation. Also specialist vocabulary for education , medical, retail,

transportation and home settings.
