In a separate paragraph discuss your second experience as in #2 above.

Standard Four Reflection Provide a summary of your lesson. Discuss how this teaching experience allowed you to use of a variety of
instructional strategies, including the use of technology* and other materials. Explain how you encouraged students’ development of critical thinking, problem
solving, and performance skills.
STAPLE the reflection on the top of your ES 203 lesson plan. Remove all names and lesson reflection from the lesson plan and the standard four reflection (including your name, any student’s names, name of school, cooperating teacher’s name, and any other identifying
information).
* The use of technology is recommended but not required at this stage.
