About Us
Carmen Ann Cook
Licensed Oregon Broker
Carmen is an alumni of the University of Oregon and the University of
North Dakota. She holds degrees in Environmental Science and Busi-
ness. She has been fortunate to live on both sides of the Cascade Moun-
tain range and experience the magic and wonders of Oregon that she
has called home for twenty years.
Residing in Bend since 2002, Carmen has a great appreciation for the
Central Oregon lifestyle and it's environment! She enjoys running, hiking,
cross country skiing, has a great appreciation for the arts, and loves
walking in nature!
Carmen has been a licensed full-time Broker in the state of Oregon since
1999 and has been expanding her knowledge and production levels ever
since. She has a thorough knowledge of the market and the pulse of
change and growth in Central Oregon. Especially in Deschutes
County.....one of the fastest growing counties in the state.

Amanda is an alumni of Arizona State University. She holds a degree in
Communication. She’s been very fortunate to have lived all across the
US and Germany.
Amanda moved to Bend about two years ago and hasn’t thought twice
about another place. She loves the outdoors and takes full advantage
of the Bend lifestyle by running, hiking, biking, camping and backpack-
ing.
Amanda worked in real estate while living in Philadelphia. She brings
her knowledge and experience she obtained in Philly to Oregon. She is
a full-time Broker.
