Its hard to believe, but Field Day is coming right up next month on
Friday, June 16th. It will get here faster than you might think!
Prepare for this year’s activities , which promise to be just as fun,
messy and exciting as always!
Field day games and activities will begin in the morning with timed
rotations at each activity/game and as usual we will need many,
many volunteers to help us carry out all the good times. If you are
available and interested in helping to make the last day of school
fun, mark your calendar for June 16th and let Ms. Arnold know as
soon as possible! Volunteer sign-up sheet went home today.
Volunteers take special note: If you have not yet completed a Vol-
unteer Background Screening and Confidentiality Agreement this
school year, you will not be able to help unless you do so before
June 9th! If you are not sure if you have met this requirement,
please contact Mrs. Martin in the office and she can help you. DO
NOT wait until the week of Field Day as that will be too late!
Students take special note: All missing work and assignments must
be completed and turned in before you can participate in the field
day activities or the talent show. If you are not sure whether you
are missing assignments, please ask your teacher. DO NOT wait
until the last day—it will be too late then!
Field Day is June 16th -
Volunteers Are Needed!
Final report cards will be mailed out the week of June 26th. Please
make sure we have your current address before school is out. You can
email Mrs. Martin or call the school to update your information.
Report cards returned “undeliverable” by the postmaster will be kept in
the school office for a parent to pick up.
