REMACLEAN Belt cleaning systems for your conveyor belt equipment
Users of conveyor belt equipment are aware that goods being conveyed can become bonded to the belts to a greater or lesser
extent making the conveyor belt equipment dirty. However, the effects of insufficient belt cleaning on increased costs can often be
underestimated. The connection between belt, drum and idler wear and the high cost of manual cleaning is hardly ever recognised.
The cost-effectiveness of conveyor equipment is known to stand and fall with investment and operating costs. Investment costs are
a one-off payment. However, the operating costs, i.e. servicing and cleaning costs, are ongoing.
REMACLEAN systems have been developed especially for specific applications and offer outstanding cleaning performance. The
technological values and physical properties of our reputed high abrasion-resistant rubber and polyurethane, combined with those of
our hard metal and ceramic materials, are of the highest quality. All materials have been tested for conveyor belt equipment cleaning
over several years under the severest conditions and have proven themselves to be of an excellent standard worldwide.
Our many years of experience in the field of bulk goods and conveyor technology have showed us that belt cleaning is a constant and
controversial issue. Taking account of this fact we have continued to strive to further develop and expand our range of REMACLEAN
systems.

Due to its excellent abrasion-resistance and high elasticity our
special REMACLEAN 60 and REMACLEAN 70 rubber materials
are perfectly suited and achieve significantly improved service
life with respect to conventional rubber materials. The scraper
rubber is mounted on the equipment’s existing scraper devices
and when new may protrude from the bracket by up to its width.
The most diverse technological properties of these scraper rubber
qualities offer perfect solutions for any eventuality. Our specialist
staff are happy to offer you friendly advice on location or at your
plant.

This scraper rubber consists of three layers with different Shore -
hardnesses: two hard outer layers surround a soft core. This
combination allows intensive and yet protective conveyor belt
cleaning. At the same pressure against the conveyor belt the
cleaning effect of the combination scraper is approximately
20% better with respect to normal qualities. Service life is often
several times longer than that of conventional scraper rubber
materials.
The combination scraper rubber is mounted on the equipment’s
existing scraping devices and when new can protrude from the
bracket by up to one and a half times its thickness.
