Andalusian Service of Teleassistance (SAT)
The SAT is the teleassistance service of theRegional Ministry for Equality and Social Welfare of the Regional Government of Andalusia (Junta de Andalusia).

Mission “Improve the quality of life of teleassisted people in
Andalusia, favouring their autonomy and that they
remain in the home environment, providing them with
company, security and fast attention in the event of an
emergency, as well as support to their carers and to the
families, favouring reconciliation of professional and
family life.”

Objectives
Improvement of the quality of life of the users of the service:
Achieving and maintaining the highest degree of autonomy and independence at home.
Favouring that they remain and integrate in the family and social environment in which their life is developed, avoiding situations of uprooting and unnecessary admission into institutions.
Providing security and fast attention in the event of an emergency.
Conversation and company in situations of loneliness.
Being an instrumental and emotional support to carers/families taking care of the users of the service.
Reconciliation of professional and family life

Provisions
Direct action, mobilization of the necessary resources and
monitoring in situations of emergency. Notification to families.
Periodic contact with the users of the service, providing them with
trust, security and company.
Personal monitoring of each user, so as to guarantee a better
provision of the service.
