LRBT Hospital, Khanewal
Our Hospital at Khanewal was originally opened in 2006 in adonated bungalow which had been modified for it .Consequently it did not provide a smooth flow for movementof patients. This made their visit more time consuming. Thenew OPD/Surgical complex provides a comfortable waitingarea with proper facilities, screening, refraction, consultantrooms, a new major and minor operation theatre, biometryand a dispensary all under one roof. It is expected that thenew Complex will be ready to receive patients by endDecember this year.

LRBT satell ite clinics at rural health centers
In a new initiative, LRBT through a Memorandum ofUnderstanding with the District Administration of DistrictChakwal and Rawalpindi launched four new Satellite clinicsin the periphery of our Mandra Hospital. Under theprogramme, a qualified team of mid level ophthalmicprofessionals visit four RHC's on designated days of the weekto examine patients. The response has been overwhelmingespecially from women, children and older people.
