【津波災害警戒区域】 ○ 「津波災害警戒区域」は、津波 防災地域づくりに関する法律( 平成23年法律123号(以下、 「法」という))第53条第1項に 基づく区域です。 ○ 「津波災害警戒区域」は、津波 浸水想定(法第8条第1項)を 踏まえ、最大クラスの津波が発 生した場合に、津波による人的 災害を防止するために警戒避 難体制を特に整備すべき区域 です。
