Sub: Revised Final Speed Certificate for operation of BG AC EOG DoubleDecker Chair Car coaches fitted with pneumatic suspension at thesecondary stage on Fiat bogies up to a maximum speed of 160 km/h ontrack maintained to C&M-I VoL-I standard.

Railway Board vide its letter No. 2010/CEDO/SR/11 dated 17.02.2011 hasdirected that Double Decker train consisting of Chair Car coaches having width of3135 mm shall run only on Rajdhani lines in Howrah-Dhanbad section at amaximum speed of 110kmph, for which final speed certificate has been issued videthis office letter of even no. dated 24.03.2011. All the other speed certificates andamendments for AC double decker coach issued earlier vide this office letters ofeven no. are withdrawn. The revised final speed certificate is enclosed with theletter.
