Although Bhutanese officials initially had doubts, believing trainers from advanced nations were necessary,Now they believe the training was very successful. Encouraged and motivated Bhutanese trainees as the fact of Filipino experts who were trainees before are now highly achieved trainers to conduct trainings abroad.Once “trainee” became “trainer”, the professional mind grew up and prepared well.
