How you should respond:
• On your Facebook page− If a comment is vulgar, it can be deleted if yours page has an
accessible list of “House Rules” that states inappropriate comments will be removed
− If a particular user becomes a repeat offender, Facebook allows you to ban that user from commenting on your page
• Outside of Facebook or on non-owned Facebook pages− You have no control− Use your best judgment when inputting yourself into a
discussion
