**Refer to above illustrated diagram to install a new GoForIoT device 1. Output Connection: Relay 220V/10A -Push Button Switch Connect output wires of new GoForIoT to the signal pins of the garage opener or push button switch.

-Door Control Find N.O (Normal Open) pins of push button, connect output wires of new GoForIoT to the pins. (You need to solder signal wire to the pins of push button)

2. Input Magnetic Sensor Connection: Just connect magnetic sensor switch (N.C) to input port of GoForIoT device.

**After installation, convert input signal if open/closed are switched on the app HOME WI-FI CONNECTION

1. Connect power adapter to the GoForIoT, stay near the GoForIoT with android smartphone

2. Turn on android smartphone, go to Settings -> Wi-Fi -> Turn on Wi-Fi

3. Refresh Wi-Fi network and search ‘AP-GoForIoT’ network. 4. Click the ‘AP-GoForIoT’ network and click ‘Sign in to Wi-Fi network’ 5. Network password is password, Click [CONNECT]

6. Now you are logged in WiFiManager page of AP-GoForIoT

7. Click [Configure WiFi] and choose a your home Wi-Fi network, click [save]

8. Now, your GoForIot has joined your home Wi-Fi network

: This step no more need if you don’t change your home Wi-Fi configurations 9. You can access GoForIoT web page at next step

HOME WI-FI ROUTER SETTINGS

1. Log-in to control web page of your home Wi-Fi router 2. Find connected GoForIoT(MAC address) and assign fixed IP (192.168.1.117) 3. Set port forwarding, the port number of GoForIoT is 17117 4. If possible, set DDNS on external IP address of your home internet 5. Check GoForIoT, remember the IP address and port number 6. Open any internet browser, type the IP address & port# of GoForIoT

e.g.) http://192.168.1.117:17117/ 7. Login with default login ID/Password provided (on the top of GoForIoT)

: You can change the login ID/Password thru Android app later 8. Check device information: Wi-Fi SSID/MAC address/IP address/Port number

9. DONE, your new GoForIoT is working and you are ready to install APP ANDROID APP

1. Turn on your android smartphone 2. Click google play store and search ‘Go For IoT’ app, install it

3. Start GoForIoT app, Add (+) a new device

*GoForIoT Registration - Category: Choose a category (Door/Garage Door/Window/Light/Fan/Power etc.)

- Location: Location of your GoForIoT device - Name: Device name -> must be unique - IP address: IP address of your GoForIoT device - Port#: Port number of your GoForIoT device - Login ID/Pwd: Login ID/Password of your GoForIoT device - Chk delay (second): Input or output status check delay time of app - Schedule: Coming soon - Notify: Notification On or Off -> Will receive notifications from GoForIoT - Interval (minute): Notification interval time of app - When: Notification event - Camera: Open camera app with this link (recommended camera app is tinyCam) - On <-> Off: Convert input status (Open/On -> Closed/Off, Closed/Off -> Open/On) **Check [convert input] check box if input signal is switched - Output?: Set output type (Push button -> PUSH, On/Off -> ONOFF, None -> NONE) *Most home garage opener have push button to open/close

Grid: Align device list view as grid Sequential: Align device list view sequentially (line by line)

- Option Menu:

Refresh: refresh status of all devices

- Command Menu: Long touch device icon On/Off or Open/Close device

: Will receive notifications from GoForIoT if you check ‘Notify’

- Popup menu : Long touch device name Detail/Edit: see detail or edit device Delete: delete device Refresh: refresh status of device Log: event logs of device Camera: link of camera app if you have a IP camera and app

: Check via connected IP camera and app, recommend app is tinyCam

5. Voice Command: we are still progressing this part. 1) Start GoForIoT app 2) Click navigation menu -> Turn on voice command 3) Say “Okay home” then you will see ‘ok home’ message 4) Say command type and device name (command + name)

-Command type: a. Open/Close----> Door/Garage door/Window b. Turn On/Off---> Light/Fan/Power etc. c. Camera ---> Open camera app with RTSP link

e.g.) “Open garage”/“Close Garage”, “Turn on light”/“Turn off light”, “Camera garage” **Miscellaneous voice commands 1. “View Grid/List” -> change view type (Grid/List) 2. “Change Theme” -> change theme (Light/Dark) 3. “Turn off app” -> turn off app
