Jet Aviation Zurich – almost four decades of making business aviation easyJet Aviation has offered services at the Zurich airport since 1969, when European business aviation was in its infancy. Together with facilities in Basel and Geneva, Jet Aviation Zurich has made Switzerland a strong center, providing the base for a network covering the needs of aircraft owners around the world.
Originally founded as a maintenance and FBO facility, our Zurich operation has grown along with the expansion of business aviation. We now offer base and line maintenance, aircraft painting, modifications, structural and avionics engineering, refurbishment and FBO fueling and handling services. Almost 250 skilled professionals support all aspects of business aviation at Jet Aviation in Zurich.
Zurich is the largest city in Switzerland as well as its commercial and cultural center. It is only fifteen minutes from the airport to the center of town, and the city’s location in the heart of Europe makes it an ideal starting point for any trip within Europe. Maintenance service you can trust
Jet Aviation Zurich provides base maintenance and repair support to turboprop and small to midsize business jets. The services are available twenty four hours a day and a dedicated on-call AOG team can help should your aircraft be grounded unexpectedly. Our facility also offers airline line maintenance to commercial narrow and wide body aircraft.
We are a factory authorized service center for all Cessna turboprop and Citation Series aircraft including the Citation X, as well as Hawker Beechcraft’s King Air and Hawker series. Further service center or service station authorizations include Pratt & Whitney, Williams, and Rolls-Royce engines, Honeywell engines, APU’s and avionics, Rockwell Collins and many more.
Our engine shop has the capabilities to perform hot section inspections on Pratt & Whitney JT15D and PW500 Series engines. We can perform unscheduled core entries on those engine types should you get stranded with your Pratt & Whitney product. Our engine technicians are trained by the manufacturer for each specific engine, as well as for the airframe type. We can perform the referenced work in-house as well as off-site.
We also offer borescope inspection services for all engine-types maintained at our facility. Our specially trained personnel can borescope your engine in the field as well as at our location in Zurich.

Our facility has repair station approvals from the following authorities: EASA #CH.145.0202, EASA part 21, FAA #CR5Y789M, Aruba DCA, Bermuda DCA, Cayman CAA, Egypt CAA, German LBA, Nigeria NCAA, Pakistan CAA, Saudi Arabia GACA and South African CAA.

Advice and service for all your onboard avionics & cabin comfort needsJet Aviation Zurich will work on your current avionics, as well as advise you on additions and upgrades for your aircraft. As the newest standards in advanced avionics, entertainment and communications continually changes, we stay on top of the latest releases and can support you with our knowledge.
Our specialists perform avionics maintenance, repairs and modifications on all aircraft types serviced at Zurich. We have in-house EASA part 21 capabilities for retrofits of CVR, FDR, EGPWS, ACAS II, TCAS II, FMS, GPS, ELT, RVSM, WX Radar, Mode S Transponder, as well as audio and video cabin entertainment systems.
With our EASA ADOA approval we are capable to provide engineering services for both structural and avionics engineering modifications and we have the competence to obtain Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) or amend an existing STC to your specific aircraft configuration. We can find a way to get your choice of navigation, communications or entertainment systems installed on your aircraft and approved by your authorities.

Refurbishment
Our staff can do anything from a simple carpet renewal to a complete cabin refurbishment. Woodwork can be done as well as all the soft goods, and we can combine both to make your aircraft interior look completely new. The metal parts can be plated to match your choice of advanced leather work and textiles to create the environment you want in your cabin.

Our paint experts are among the most highly skilled technicians in the world. Knowledge and experience are key factors in delivering painting services that not only make your aircraft shine, but also protect it against corrosion.
Jet Aviation Zurich offers complete aircraft exterior painting services at its in-house paint facility for Cessna Citation, Caravan and Conquest aircraft, as well as Hawker Beechcraft’s King Air and Hawker series. We can perform complete paintings, partial stripping, registration painting, touch-up and paint repair work at our organization.

Making your trip to Zurich easy
The heart of Zurich’s financial district, as well as its main shopping street and cultural venues are just fifteen minutes from the Zurich airport. The city is also a gateway to the mountains, with good skiing and hiking just an hour away and the resort town of St. Moritz about a three hour drive or a quick shuttle flight away from the airport. Our FBO is a convenient entry point for those attending the many international events held in Switzerland. Hundreds of leaders in government and business pass through every year on their way to the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Our FBO makes moving through the airport not only fast, but also safe and easy. With in-house immigration facilities, valet parking and transportation assistance, Jet Aviation allows you to get from your aircraft to your destination as quickly as possible, with a minimum of hassle.
Inside our facility, you will find an executive lounge, wireless Internet, and close to 700 newspapers that can be printed at your request. For the crews there is a separate lounge, as well as weather and flight planning facilities. Our customer service representatives will be happy to coordinate your hotel accommodation in the area.
Cleaning and line maintenance services can be performed on your aircraft while you are doing business in town or enjoying Switzerland. Our facility offers aircraft refueling and is the only location at the Zurich airport providing Avgas. Additionally, should you ever encounter difficulties with your aircraft while in Zurich; you have our experienced maintenance team on hand to help.
