AffiliationsWith the establishment of Zuni, its fashion accessories brand, the parent company PAPL has ventured into the retailing of fashion accessories through the store-in-store model on a pan India level.

Zuni has tied-up with retail industry majors including:

Demand for Fashion AccessoriesThe fashion accessories market is expected to witness a rise in demand due to:

- Rise in consumer spending: In the overall retail space, clothing and accessories have a share of 9.9%, valued at Rs 131,300 crore (India Retail Report 2009).

Increasing purchase power is likely to make India the fifth largest consumer market in the world by 2025 (McKinsey Global Institute).

- Fashion conscious youth: India is amongst the top three most brand conscious countries in the world (Nielsen Global Luxury Brands Study).

In organised retailing, clothing and fashion accessories have the largest market share, 38.1%, valued at Rs 29,800 crore (India Retail Report 2009).

Vision 2015By the year 2015, Zunis vision is to bring about significant brand awareness in the fashion accessories market across socio-demographic segments in India.

As part of its ‘Vision 2015’ Zuni aims to:
