ZTE RCS Solution With the rapid development of mobile broadband and smart terminals, various kinds of
OTT applications focused on instant messing have emerged. These OTT applications, based
on a free-of-charge policy and application innovation, attract a large number of users, creating
a huge impact on the SMS and voice services of traditional operators. To adapt to this new
market environment and defeat the competition, ZTE has given great importance to the CT-
to-M-ICT strategic transformation, and proposed the E2E 4G RCS integrated solution.
Inheriting the global accessibility of the telecom operator’s basic communication services and
carrier-class service quality, the ZTE RCS solution, by upgrading existing communication
egresses of call, SMS and address book, provides the new basic communication services
with comprehensive functionality and excellent experience, centering on "New call, new
message and new contact". In addition, it opens capabilities to explore various vertical
industries, break the closed loop of O2O, and reinforce the social functionality, which is the

services to the RCS service to achieve convergence of IT and CT messaging
applications, and thus protect the current investment.
n Enhanced Openness
The ZTE RCS solution, centering on the service engine capability, provides the RCS
capability openness GW complying with the GSMA specification to fully open the
system service capabilities. It supports rapid access of third-party applications
through the external interface, which helps the operator extend its business to
industrial, enterprise, and home applications, to explore vertical industrial applications
and build a mobile value-add ecosystem.
n Reinforced Egress
ZTE’s ZXSDP-based public account platform, built under the Internet mode, is
commercially mature and can support large-scale applications. It provides public
service accounts for individuals, service providers, merchants, and content providers,
which helps the operator build social portals, reinforce its egress advantages, boost
traffic consumption, and thus enhance user loyalty.

The ZTE GoldenData big data platform, provides precise user profiles based on
converged communication data, and implements big data mining to extract value
information to support the full life cycle user management, personalized marketing,

With the development of Operating Systems, terminals, chips and SDKs, as well as with
