1 ZTE RCS Solution With the rapid development of mobile broadband and smart terminals, various kinds of OTT applications focused on instant messing have emerged. These OTT applications, based on a free-of-charge policy and application innovation, attract a large number of users, creating a huge impact on the SMS and voice services of traditional operators. The ZTE RCS solution, centering on the service engine capability, provides the RCS

capability openness GW complying with the GSMA specification to fully open the

system service capabilities. It supports rapid access of third-party applications

through the external interface, which helps the operator extend its business to

ZTE’s ZXSDP-based public account platform, built under the Internet mode, is
