I. ZSI 100 D4 DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES

ZSI 100 D4 ADVANTAGES Easy to implant. Makes the voiding standing easier. Avoid metoidioplasty narrowing post surgery.

A pair of rod made of silicone with silver cable. Length 12 cm that can be reduced to 5 cm. Diameter 4 mm.

II. PROCEDURE

1- Patient in lithotomy position.Expose the corpus cavernosusof the clitoris.

3- Dilate the proximal corpuscavernous with dilators from 2 to5mm.

4- Dilate the distal corpuscavernous with Hegar dilatorsfrom 2 to 5 mm.

6- Cut the implant ZSI 100 D4to the correct length.

2- Perform an inciscion inthe corpus cavernous.Perform a funnel.

5- Measure the length ofthe corpus cavernous.

7- Place the implant ZSI 100 D4into antibiotics.

9- Place the cable of theZSI 100 D4 into the distal partof the corpus cavernous formetoidioplasty to be malleable.

10- Suture the incision.

13- Make the scrotum. 15- Final result aftermetoidioplasty construction.

12- Close the metoidioplasty.

8- Inject antibiotics in corpuscavernous and introduce theZSI 100 D4.

11- Perforn the urethra.

14- Suture the scrotum.
