Zevacor is taking bold steps toward the future of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging through the development of the next generation of disease-specific tracers and companion therapeutics. Our research efforts include providing custom radiolabeling and development services, as well as manufacturing clinical trial and commercial doses of promising diagnostic and therapeutic isotopes.

Being evaluated as a biomarker of cell proliferation for potential efficacy in assessing response to radiation and chemotherapy treatments.1

PET applications include protein and antibody iodinations and use in the design of new tracers2

PET imaging of the myocardium under rest or pharmacologic stress conditions to evaluate myocardial perfusion in patients with suspected or existing coronary artery disease.

Preclinical and clinical research applications utilizing PET imaging; it is particularly useful in radiolabeling antibodies and fragments.2

PET imaging of the brain to estimate beta-amyloid neuritic plaque density in adult patients with cognitive impairment and other decline. Supplied under agreement with Piramal Imaging.

Zevacor takes pride in its record of having a 99% cyclotron uptime, allowing us to successfully deliver more than 350,000 doses annually. Zevacor has also constructed a new 70 MeV cyclotron and multiple synthesis and processing units at its Noblesville, Indiana Headquarters, to produce and distribute a broad range of clinical and research radioisotopes.
